Prior to joining the firm, Alain worked as a prosecutor for over eight years in various prosecutorial offices in the Washington, D.C. and Atlanta areas. He has a well-rounded litigation background that includes scores of jury trial and bench trial experience. He employs this experience in various settings to reach favorable case resolutions.
While in law school at the Pennsylvania State University School of Law, Alain was an editorial assistant in a law school alternative dispute resolution publication and edited and published articles. He was also the secretary and treasurer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, as well as an active member of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, and various minority law students associations. As part of his legal education, Alain studied abroad at the University of Florence and focused on Comparative Constitutional Law, European Tax Systems, and International Gender Law issues.
Alain received bachelor degrees in Criminology, Law, & Society and Psychology & Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
Alain resides in the Atlanta metro area and enjoys his spare time with his wife and two young boys.
