We are also pleased to announce that our former law clerk, Jarrett Babb, is now an associate after passing the February bar exam! Jarrett joined KDA last November after earning his J.D. magna cum laude from Georgia State University’s College of Law. While in law school, Jarrett worked as a Graduate Research Assistant researching tax matters including the Earned Income Tax Credit and the constitutionality of Collections Due Process hearings. Jarrett also earned Georgia State University’s 20th Anniversary Scholarship and the CALI Award for Insurance Law and Sales. Throughout law school, Jarrett gained experience while working for a multi-state foreclosure firm, focusing primarily on the judicial foreclosure process. Prior to law school, Jarrett earned his B.S. degree in Legal Studies from Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. Jarett has been an excellent law clerk and we have no doubt will be an excellent associate. Well done, Jarrett!
